If your withdrawal is declined, 77kkk will tell you the reason in your account notifications. These are the most common causes and how to fix each one.

• KYC not yet verified Complete the five KYC steps above before your first withdrawal. Resubmit the request once your account shows "Verified".
• Withdrawal account does not match deposit account The bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account number must be the same one you used to deposit. Update the payment details in your profile if you have changed your number.
• Wagering requirement not met Bonus funds must be wagered 12× before withdrawal. Check your bonus progress bar in the Bonus section of your account.
• Amount below minimum Each withdrawal must be at least ৳500. Accumulate a higher balance before requesting.
• Daily limit reached Bronze tier: ৳200,000 per day. Wait until the next calendar day (UTC+06) or upgrade your VIP tier for a higher limit.
• Blurry or incomplete KYC document Re-upload a clear photo that shows all four corners of the document and has no glare. Retake the photo in good lighting rather than using a scanned copy.
